Disclaimer Regarding 501(c)(3) Status

Future Vision For Youth Empowerment, Inc., a Michigan nonprofit corporation, has filed Form 1023 with the IRS to obtain its tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3). This status is currently pending.

The Internal Revenue Code states that if Future Vision's tax-exempt status is granted, it will be retroactive. However, you must understand that by making a donation at this time, you are accepting the following risks:

Tax Deductibility: Your donation is not tax-deductible until the IRS officially grants our tax-exempt status.
